A campground is coming to the Chief Ladiga Trail.

We are building a place to camp right off the paved trail in Borden Springs, Alabama, on the stretch between Piedmont and the Georgia line, where the Chief Ladiga becomes the Silver Comet.

Right on the route

About 95 paved miles, Anniston to Smyrna, with no cars on it. Here is where you will find us.

More trail than one day can hold.

Ninety-some miles is a long way on a bike and a longer way on foot. Most people ride out, turn around, and never see the rest of it.

We are making the overnight stop: roll in off the pavement, set up camp, and pick the trail back up in the morning. Dates, sites, and rates will be posted here as soon as they are set.
